MLB World Series

I'm really torn watching this series. It's always easier to watch when you hate one team. ie Yankees. Both teams have great stories, good players and nice managers. I'm kind of pulling for Houston but I will be happy either way.

Chicago is so typical of teams that from the outside don't really impress you. Was anybody scared of Garland or Garcia before the season? Frank Thomas is hurt so Konerko bats 4th and you are better? Did you think the Sox would be better than the Cubs?

The fact is I'm so impressed with the way they play. I don't buy the fact they play NL ball. They play the way everybody else does in the AL - The Long Ball. Not that anything is wrong with that.

Let's hope Houston wins a couple and makes this interesting.
